Meridian Yachts was a Brunswick Corporation brand launched in 2002, when Brunswick retooled its former Bayliner plant in Arlington, Washington, to build 34- to 58-foot motor yachts under the Meridian name. Brunswick closed the Arlington plant in late 2008 and moved Meridian production to its plants on Florida's east coast. In 2009 Meridian became part of the Sea Ray group.

Meridian's later lineup was made up of sedan-style flybridge yachts, from the 341 Sedan up to the 541 Sedan flagship introduced in 2010, which ran on Zeus pod drives. Meridian is no longer built. Brunswick wound down yacht production across its Sea Ray business, which included Meridian, in 2018.
