Twin Cummins diesel engines and generator were just serviced in August 2026. The current owner invested in the 1000hour service, upgraded the bridge electronics, installed a new SeaDek and new soft goods. Plus, the interior has always been treated carefully, and it still looks great below deck! The seller is a long-time owner operator and proactive maintainer of his boats. The owner of this boat shopped carefully before purchasing this Sea Ray. This Sundancer in particular came from Maryland in 2021 and upon our initial visit, we all took notice of how well this boat has aged. Since closing, ROLL OFFS has made two trips to local Fort Lauderdale boatyards for haul out and maintenance. Most recently in August 2026 where the engines and generators had a through service. Service included a coolant flush and the heat exchangers were serviced.  

The owner is local and they enjoy the use of their boat most weekends. Day trips only...the stateroom is not used for overnight trips and the entire interior shows quite well. Speaking with the seller, he feels this boat is dialed in and ready for your survey crew and your sea trial. 

All the exterior canvas has been replaced and a new bow cushion with cover was installed on the foredeck. New SeaDek deck system was installed and looks sharp.  The main engines have nearly 1600 hours and there is only 1689 hours on the generator.

Shortly after closing, ROLL OFFS went to Port 32 Boatyard for a thorough yard period. The goal was to fix items found on survey, maintain the bottom, running gear and topsides for the season, plus complete the 1000-hour service for the Cummins main engines. The maintenance records are onboard the boat and they will convey with this sale.  

1. 1000-hour service completed on the main engines.  

2. Running gear maintained. Propellors pulled and reconditioned. Shafts removed and cleaned. New cutlas bearings and seals. Rudders dropped, cleaned, repacked and reinstalled. PropSpeed covers all the running gear. 

3. Bottom and intakes sanded and repainted Seahawk Biocop. 

4. New air-conditioned installed on the bridge deck. 

5. Windlass maintained. New anchor chain installed. 

6. 5 seacocks and 3 stainless thru hulls rebuilt. 

7. Transom wet sanded and new boot stripe installed for the waterline. 

8. All exterior metal polished. 

9. Topsides polished. 

10. Cable Marine installed a new transmission gearbox on the starboard engine. 

The second trip to the boatyard under this owner's watch just occurred in August 2026. A trip to Cable Marine for routine maintenance. 

1. Main engines and generator serviced including oil, filters, impellors, coolant flush and heat exchangers maintained. 

2. New refrigerator for the salon. 

3. New shore chord. 

4. New sensor for starboard engine. 

5. Analog engine tachometer rewired. 

6. Dashboard was rebuilt and new dash switches installed. 

7. New steering wheel installed. 

This boat is maintained by a professional management company, and she gets washed down on a weekly schedule. The following cosmetic items have been done since closing in October 2023. A new bright red sun pad with a black canvas cover was installed on the foredeck. The bridge isinglass enclosure was replaced with black canvas. A sharp looking SeaDek was installed on the swim platform and the new deck goes forward up to the helm.
